direct3d11 vout display error: SetThumbNailClip failed #276

This error is really annoying.

I'm using python 3.10 with the python-vlc latest version.
Vlc player is also the latest version.
when ever i get this error windows 10 mouse pointer always shows the blue spinning pointer as in loading and it never goes away unless you move the moue. I say annoying because it makes the app look like it's hanging but it's not.

I can produce this everytime. I'll take the same video file mp4 as example and open to play. First time its fine then go and load the same file again the the below error shows.

Any fixes for this ??
