[enhancement] Remove dependency of node server

I am not (yet?) a user of Node.js. But apparently a node server is needed for the game to works. This game is pure JS and do not need to have system accesses (file system, etc), so it could work on a web browser with full features without a web server. This will permit to publish the app as a packaged app with no Internet dependency on some markets (like the Firefox Marketplace).
