Improving the file structure

Hey :)

Recently came across your project and it looks cool. I'm thinking of using it for something I'm working on so I might submit a few other issues in the next couple weeks haha.

It'd be handy to have a better structure to the project to make things easier to find. I'm thinking something like

src/
    __init__.py
    pocketcasts.py
    entities/
        __init__.py
        podcast.py
        episode.py
        etc...

Happy to do some copy and pasting and submit a PR for this myself if you're not actively working on this one 👍 Le me know.
