Conflict with telescope-smart-history

If using nvim-telescope/telescope-smart-history.nvim along with this plugin, then this plugin no longer populates the project list provided with in the base_dirs config option.

I havent looked too closely yet, but seems like smart-history takes over all the "history-management" of telescope and hence files like ~/.local/share/nvim/telescope-projects.txt are no longer indexed/parsed
