This is quite a niche use case, but throwing it out there anyway.
Certain apps have sub/helper processes that are the actual ones emitting audio. Would it be possible to have a setting somewhere of a list or group of process names or .exe such that when one of them is the target of Focus Volume adjustment, all of them are adjusted at the same time?
Example: steam.exe - when you're playing a video in steam it's actually steamwebhelper.exe that's playing it, and focus volume does not affect the latter process.
