Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
no
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to suggest to nvda a history of settings.
This suggestion comes from a need of mine:
I had made a profile for word, this profile has years of existence.
I had a problem in word and I would like to review everything that I had configured in this profile.
I didn't find an easy way to check the settings I made in this profile other than going through all the nvda settings and noting the changes, or even reviewing the settings file itself in Notepad, which is not at all friendly.
Another situation that may be interesting this functionality is for novice users who make changes to nvda's settings, whether in the normal profile, or an unwanted behavior in the screen reader and want to undo it without having to restore all the settings.
nvda like any big software now becomes complicated to configure with several configurations and possible combinations, even more considering configurations of complements.
Describe alternatives you've considered
this settings history may just be a text display that shows the last 5 or more settings made in the currently loaded settings profile.
It may also in future versions of the feature show buttons for restoring the configuration in question to factory defaults.
And in another step, the last settings changed can be shown on a screen with the controls themselves to be modified.
