Should there be a warning about no Signed URL?

Shouldn't the package tell users that if they use it, they run the risk of the server being taken down by a malicious person who simply changes the parameters?

Looks like ipx.nuxt is hosted on another server, so if it goes down, the main site won't be affected.

#276 Issue created in 2021, and I no longer hope it will be implemented. So the warning is a must.
