[Imprv] add functionality vTPM to module vms to match V3 API and ACLI functionality

Describe the request
Add functionality from the current VMs v3 to allow for the setting of vTPM for VMs. This option exists via the V3 api already and isn't implemented in the Ansible Module.

Current behaviour
No Option for vTPM exists

Expected behaviour
Option for vTPM should exist and set the proper setting just like the API.
