0.5-beta

The first workable release of the CoCO re-implementation. Experiments on a single-objective and a bi-objective test-bed can be done in C, Java, Matlab, Octave, and Python.

Displaying and investigating the output in the bi-objective case is not yet considered a stable feature (but possible).
