howto disable displaying the reference algorithm #1832

AKA "best algorithm", e.g. best 2009, works currently like

import cocopp
cocopp.testbedsettings.GECCOBBOBTestbed.settings['reference_algorithm_filename'] = None

This is IMHO still a little tough on the user.

If the above is assigned after cocopp.main has been called, additionally

cocopp.config.config()

needs to be executed to activate the new setting.
