timestamps before 1980

ZIP does not support timestamps before 1980. It's a case of plenty issues, for instance, it's already happened here mishoo/UglifyJS#2054

This is happening to me as well, and cannot publish my code

This is affecting our build as well, but believe it is an issue with NPM v5.7.1 and they have an issue filed for it. Note, this happened with a version of UglifyJS last summer and was noticed by everyone using Webpack, and comments got out of hand. Keep calm, and support open source projects maintainers.
