On two fresh installations, the major version is set to 9 in serverbot.conf. This should be version 1 of course.

- Fixed a bug that changed the major version number in serverbot.conf to a wrong number https://github.com/nozel-org/serverbot/issues/82.
- Added major version number to version.txt (which should have been done on nozel-org/serverbot@72c9757).

It didn't default to '9', since sometimes other numbers were being used. The culprit was a old variable that hadn't been updated to the one currently being used. It's fixed in nozel-org/serverbot@bd5a64b.
