🐛 Bug Report: New Relic is ON per default, causing errors at startup when not configured properly

📜 Description

New Relic is ON per default, and when NEW_RELIC_APP_NAME/NEW_RELIC_LICENSE_KEY is not properly set it is causing errors at startup.

This can lead as well to red herrings as you may see in the following examples:

Start community example without properly configuring NEW_RELIC_APP_NAME/NEW_RELIC_LICENSE_KEY

no errors at start
