any try on investigating with direct image url

with direct image url, i mean the CDN hosted image link, e.g.
https://igcdn-photos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/t51.2885-15/e35/11359031_471039213071981_1272893394_n.jpg
as the url's first parts are easy to generate, my question is if there is a relation between last part of url with image or user id, e.g. url_id <-> media_id <-> user_id
