Transmission should not use "Category"

The Transmission settings in Watcher lists "Category" as an option, but this is not something Transmission supports. Currently it just adds whatever you enter in this field as an extension of the download path. For example; if you have the default download directory in Transmission set to "/mnt/downloads" and you enter "movies" in the category it will download files to "/mnt/downloads/movies". A much better use would be to replace the Category option with a full download path to give Transmission instead.

Another issue with this is that Watcher doesn't allow you to leave the Category option empty either, but that should no longer be an issue if "Category" is replaced with a "Download Path" option.
