Strcuture data from Unstructured

• is it possible to create-automagically- structured data tables/spreadsheet from unstructured one?
• & viceversa. In case if there is any error in unstructured data, based on strucutred data/table/spreadsheet, it(tool) will suggest user-automagically-to correct specific part/portion/sentences etc. in unstructured data. or create link (like variable in program) between structured & unstructured data. so that data shall remain uniform, consistent/single source of truth everywhere.
