Add transform: rotate option to parallax module

Clear and concise description of the problem

As a developer using Swiper I want more customizable options for the Swiper parallax module so that we could create even more astonishing effects.

Suggested solution

It would be great if we could implement rotate transformation on parallax alongside translate and scale.
My suggestion is to add the "data-swiper-parallax-rotate" attribute. Also, add the "data-swiper-parallax-perspective" attribute to set a css perspective property for the parallax parent container.
