io.js can not run project from folder with localized names

I have a folder with io.js project with "localized" names (with Russian, in my case), for example "C:\Тест". The io.js can not run any project from the folder (and any subfolders) saying "can not find module" for any module used in the project. Node.js work fine with such "localized" folder names.

Sure, almost the same issue.

I'm pretty sure it's the same issue. Working on finding the commit that introduced it.

I'm going to close this in favor of discussion in #2236, thanks for reporting this! If it turns out to be a separate but related issue we can always reopen this.
