Dynamic Release Page

As per the checklist (#25), we need a release page that is updated on release and nightly build. Maybe a page that dynamically scrapes from github? It'd also be nice to have a rolling most-recent nightly download link directly on the main page.

Just needs to be fed info from the build. We can set something to direct it to a JSON of releases.

That'd work. I'm assuming new pages like this are discussion points for the meeting. If not, lemme know and i'll stop tagging these ones.

This will require a build team, server-driven build process, although we could "consume" the same source .json earlier to prepare.
