Orka VMs restoring

Seems like there are some issues with Orka vms currently active:

• Disk space issues, reported by @anonrig in Slack
• VM down: test-orka-macos11-x64-2 is DOWN jenkins-alerts#258
• VM down: test-orka-macos10.15-x64-1 is DOWN jenkins-alerts#256

Currently only one vm is connected to Jenkins:

Next steps

• Restore machine test-orka-macos11-x64-2
• Restore machine test-orka-macos10.15-x64-1
• Run the clean up script (Clean up macOS cache and more #3089) in the all the Orka vms

Steps to fix:

• Check Orka settings
• SSH into the machine
• Check Jenkins config (seems not there)
• Re-ansible the machine
• Use the clean memory script
• Check that the machine is up and running in jenkins

For the vm test-orka-macos11-x64-2 all worked smooth, for the test-orka-macos10.15-x64-1 the re-ansible step didn't restore the connection with jenkins even after two retries.

I will restore the agent manually for test-orka-macos10.15-x64-1

Not sure why but when I reansibled test-orka-macos10.15-x64-1 the java version was incorrect, so I manually run brew install --cask temurin17 and then rebooted the machine and now is back 🙌

Both machines are up and working, so I close the issue
