Mother's Hosp ID parameter on the Child Follow Up form is showing the Child's Hosp ID instead.
Solution
I believe this should be captured as an empty text field in the Child Birth Registration Form especially to accommodate Mothers who are not receiving care in the same facility as the baby

this is tricky to fix as I'm yet to find a way to pull Mother's identifiers from child's form, the best one can pull is the person object which doesn't contain the identifiers
