Constructs rr:child, rr:parent, rr:parentTriplesMap rr:join, rr:joinCondition, rr:RefObjectMap are not covered yet

Constructs rr:child, rr:parent, and rr:joinCondition are now covered. However:

Behaviour has to be tested more thoroughly against MySQL
Generation of the resulting triples has to be optimized

Could work even in the case of an rr:sqlQuery, as long as only one table is queried
