It seems that the issue is related to the capitalization of sAMAccountName in your LDAP configuration for TeamPass. To resolve this, you need to ensure you're using "samaccountname" in lowercase, instead of the mixed-case version "sAMAccountName".
By consistently using samaccountname in lowercase, all expected LDAP users should show up correctly in TeamPass.
