obs-midi-mg along with Novation Launchpad X

Hello,

I'm looking for help, I've seen a couple of videos and went through the information available here but still can't get my launchpad working with the plugin. I am able to see it in OBS, I have even created bindings and everything has been configured following a Youtube video.

The one thing I see different is that I have 4 entries for my midi device: LPX DAW Out/LPX MIDI Out/LPX DAW In/LPX MIDI In:

I have created a template with the exact midi information as the bindings but nothing seems to work, any advise?

My Macbook Air M1 is up to date with the most recent release as well as OBS, currently running v. 30.1.2

Why your Input Status from your LPX Midi Device is OFF or unavaliable like shown in the picture? I think you have to check, if there is a option to switch between DAW and MIDI mode on your device...

That is indeed something I noticed, on the video I was following along the Input and Output status showed both connected, but on my end I have the Input status Disconnected. I will look into the options to switch between DAW and MIDI modo although I do my livestreaming using my DAW as they are music production-related.
