Improve labels in harvest Job Report

currently have 'Created', Started, Finished, and Status (with 'New', 'Running' and 'Finished'). It would be good to improve these
Created-- 'Job Created'
Started -- 'Gather Started'
Finished -- currently appears to show a date only if new records are created; should change logic to show the date the processed finished (e.g. when status changes to 'Finished'), or change the label to 'Record Inserts Finished'
Status-- Labels are OK for now. Would be nice if could show some more information like 'New', 'Gathering Records', 'Fetching Records; nnn records processed', and 'Finished' (update nnn records processed every 10 sec or so).
