This one looks like duplicate records, but isn't. It comes from a single dataset that has multiple resources:

This is a problem with how GDR is exposing their reposiotry items through the CSW. This is a report with separate excel spreadsheets containing data used in the report. Should get one metadat record for this with separate distributions for the parts, and a meaningful title and description for each part. @Jweers
