Conversion from document to pdf is not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Change file, chreate file and tag with "convert-to-pdf"
2. Config workflow like in screenshot
   

Expected behaviour

worcflow should convert a document to pdf

Actual behaviour

Nothing, see in log files
