Tagged docker images & Docker Hub repo

Would it be possible to provide tagged docker images for each release?

I am currently using the https://hub.docker.com/r/icewind1991/notify_push/ Docker Hub repo, I have been wondering since the project has been moved to NextCloud's GitHub org. if there is a new Docker Hub repo that I should use instead?

Oh that is really sad, that here no docker image exists yet

It doesn't look like there have been functional changes to the rust code base, but it would still be nice to have an up to date image.

There is some interest in getting the rust component into nextcloud/docker:

• Add support for Client push app docker#1422
• Draft: Add notify_push docker#1466

@icewind1991's repo is missing the 0.7.0 release.

Would be great to have a more official source too
