Have a toast/popup reminder before sending messages without any subject

Users accidentally send messages without a subject line. As a user, i would like to be reminded if i forgot to add a subject to the message im sending.
I checked other client and all of them have a reminder.

This is a good idea and other clients have it too! Let's do it analogue to the attachment warning and not with a confirmation dialogue on top of the modal.
