Not being able to directly link to specific categories of environment variables when helping people was driving me crazy.
Also a few sections were in odd spots so I moved them (i.e. the reverse proxy /
overwrite*variable section was dangling outside of the the environment variables section even it's really part of that).And adjusted a heading or two.
Lastly, adjusted some language for clarity (hopefully) while I was there and made the "Getting help" section more obvious and helpful (again, hopefully).
