Custom Email Callback

My email authentication generates this callback URL: http://localhost:3001/api/auth/callback/email?email=myemail%40gmail.com&token=e9d0c9f1d28176cb3974ded3da0645b0aea9eaecfa597eff0509d0dfbbe16991

Is it possible to use a custom URL? I'm already using a custom mailer with sendVerificationRequest and I understand that I can change the URL to my own http://localhost:3001/?token=${token}, but how do I handle that on my custom page?
