Description

We did some querying of accounts using v11 of agent and there is very low usage of mongodb 2 and 3. See

Acceptance Criteria

mongodb instrumentation is updated to only support v4+

Additional context

We can remove the legacy tests, and the additional mongodb container because it was used for testing mongo 2 and 3
