_Need a workflow to automatically add all the issues created in java teams repos to Java engineering board to avoid manual effort. Refer to this workflow for reference from node.js repo - https://github.com/newrelic/node-newrelic/actions/workflows/add-to-board.yml

Acceptance Criteria

Automatically all the issues are displayed in java engineering board - https://github.com/orgs/newrelic/projects/87/views/1 ?

Design Consideration/Limitations

should be reused across all the java agent repos?
