Support for FedRAMP-compliant endpoints

I am curious if this client supports FedRAMP-compliant endpoints.

Poking around in the code, I found a list of endpoints which do not appear to support FedRAMP but I may have missed something.

I am unable to test this because we do not yet have a FedRAMP supported account.

Hi @danelson

This has been on our radar for some time but because of conflicting priorities we haven't been able to get to it. We should have time in Q4 or at latest Q1 next year to look at this. In meantime we are open to pull requests if you feel like you can make the change.
