Two documentation issues

The content on the following page is not relevant to vSphere; it references user creation using an OracleDB, not vSphere.

The following page of the NR documentation (step 4), the command listed is sudo apt-get install nri-mongodb3 however it should be sudo apt-get install nri-vsphere
