Issue

the H3s in the markdown block overwhelm the text on the page.
We need to try to align all the header sizes so they What's included section is the prominent text on the page

Steps to reproduce

go to any quickstart with an H2 in the markdown and see the page

Expected

  • Ideally we just make markdown headers align with the design instead of changing all the packs from H3 > H2.
