Release v0.10.1

I think it's about time to roll up to make a new release since the first v0.10.0 release.

Especially, bug fixes for the following issue are very wanted to be released by enterprise users.

• Screens larger than 4K
• GFX resizing/multimon issues

Let's track TODO lists here.

• [v0.10] Selectable lossy compression levels #3182 (GFX: selectable lossy compression levels #2973)

Good idea.

#3143 is worth thinking about, even if we decide not to ship in in v0.10.x. It affects anyone using FIPS on a client.

I think #2974 and the keyboard stuff I've been looking at probably needs to go in the next major release (v0.11.x?) #2974 could possibly be shipped in a disabled state though.

I think #2974 can be shipped as it is disabled by default. Keyboard stuff needs to go in the next major release.

Also neutrinolabs/xorgxrdp#318 should be released ad v0.10.2 at the same time with xrdp v0.10.1.
