find_peaks function unresponsive.

I am using neurokit2 in order to process PPG signal. The find_peaks function whenever I use it with the method='elgendi' parameter is working properly. However, I tried to switch to the method='bishop' but it appears that my code is taking too long to respond and eventually terminates without plotting the expected.
