Given for some time already SCION binaries are shipped into /usr/bin. This means binaries installed there are globally available on the end users' systems and should have meaningful names.
Currently we ship stuff like /usr/bin/border what by the name itself does not mean much. Also, different SCION services cannot be easily grouped, e.g. one cannot easily deduce /usr/bin/border and /usr/bin/sig are anyhow connected, even though they do belong to the same group of services, i.e. SCION services.
