Bug Report

Current Behavior

An RPC to fetch fee rate statistics is named as get_fee_rate_statics at https://github.com/nervosnetwork/ckb/tree/develop/rpc#type-feeratestatics

Expected Behavior

statics is not an abbreviation for statistics, maybe stat or statis is better. statics is a scientific term.
