Add flag on ns-render to write video frames to a directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently frames are only stored temporarily before being converted into a video. However, a user might want to get each individual frame written out.

Describe the solution you'd like
This could be off by default, but with a small optional flag be enabled in the ns-render script.
