Commentary

• V.54 makes some modifications on login:
  telnet login username is now admin (in general, http_username nvram var ) and no more root ;
  passwd update mantained just for insurance but nologin removed because not needed;

• openvpn's server_phone.conf corrected: no more override fix needed (bump version only);

• qos-sqm updated, some settings revised, so tune them: look at the (wiki) for help;

• some more boot tunings.
