Issues installing with bioconda

Hello,
I am running into the following error when trying to install fusioncatcher into a conda environment. I am using conda version 22.9.0. The error is repeatable on different machines. Any thoughts on why this may be happening and possible fixes?

conda config --add channels defaults
conda config --add channels bioconda
conda config --add channels conda-forge
conda create -n fusioncatcher fusioncatcher
