The header template currently has an awkward set of tags:

    {% if user_name %}
        <a href="/profile">{{user_name}}</a>
        <a href="/logout">Logout</a>
    {% end if %}
    {% if not user_name %}
        <a href="/login">Login</a>
    {% end if %}

An else tag would be nice.
