Revisit update frequency

Updates are quick (I'm seeing 3-4min total in the actions menu), so maybe it would be good to increase the update frequency? When this is the main hub usage space it would be good to get down to 5-10min, but for now, maybe hourly is better than daily? Context: I am seeing version 0.0.11 of the midi-app-controller plugin on hub vs 0.0.7 on hublite, and I'm not sure whether it's an issue with updating metadata after initial release, or an issue with the update frequency...
