Hi I am running guppy_basecaller 4.4.2(CPU mode) for the basecalling.

My running command:
guppy_basecaller --input_path fast5 --save_path output_fast5 -c dna_r9.4.1_450bps_hac.cfg --qscore_filtering --cpu_threads_per_caller

The log message is below:
