srun: error: node26: task 0: Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Thank you for your software
It's been a long time since i've started using your software but recently when i run this command :
srun -A gpu_group -p gpu --gres=gpu:1 --cpus-per-task=14 --mem-per-cpu=4G megalodon /scratch/fadwa_jobs/ALL_FAQ54130/ --guppy-server-path /home/elkhaddar/ont-guppy/bin/guppy_basecall_server --guppy-params "-d /scratch/fadwa_jobs/tools/rerio/basecall_models/ --gpu_runners_per_device 4 --num_callers 8" --guppy-timeout 60 --guppy-config res_dna_r941_min_modbases-all-context_v001.cfg --reference /home/elkhaddar/GCF_000001735.4_TAIR10.1_genomic.fna --mod-motif Z CHG 0 --outputs per_read_mods mappings --devices 1 --processes 14 --output-directory megalodon_results.arab.pass.part1_guppy.CHG --overwrite i obtain this error : srun: error: node26: task 0: Segmentation fault (core dumped)

before obtaining this error it gives me an error on using guppy_basecall_server. i don't know how to resolve this error
