high quality SV callset

greetings,

I'm intending to do an experiment that will require me use the whole genome dataset for analysis and i was wondeing about the callset NA12878.hq.sv.vcf, what version of the fastq dataset was it generated from, rel3 or rel6 or rel7 ? as i want to use this vcf as a reference and i need to know the corresponding version of the fastq.
