No voices available for voice reader

Hi Sergio. Thanks for sharing your work on this app. I can't seem to get TTS working on my phone.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install app version 2.2.0
2. Clear storage and cache through Android "App info" menu to make sure I still have this issue with a clean install.
3. Select something to read (for this reproduction I chose "Mother of Learning" off of RoyalRoad, but the issue is no different with imported epubs).
4. Tap center of text displayed on screen to bring up menus and then tap "Voice reader" in lower left.
5. Press play button

• no audio plays, and no error is shown.

7. Tap "Focus" to see what is trying to be read in case it's an issue with Android audio

• focus doesn't ever move (waited over 1 minute).

8. Tap "Voices" to see what voice it's trying to read with:

• Search box comes up with "No matches" displayed below it.
• Typing "English" into the search box still displays "No matches"

I have installed "Speech Recognition and Synthesis from Google" with "English (US)" as a downloaded language. TTS using this setup works for me with other apps. Any ideas?
