An android app for real time audio output in addition to it phonetic chart for deafmutes using IPA along with TTS and STT to check if they are getting correct pronunciations.
The app consist of # activities main activity i.e. mic for real time audio output. Then next activity is of text2speech which consist of tts ans stt both for checking the users pronunciations that they have learnt from the phonetic chart in the third activity i.e. learn.
